Characters

Mario Mario is the all around guy to use. He can jump pretty well, runs fast, and pulls things out of the ground/digs quickly. For begining players, Mario is an excelent choice.

Luigi Luigi is a bit more agile than Mario, and can jump higher. There is a slight hover in his jump as well. He is perfect for areas with large gaps to get across.

Princess Peach The Princess is severely lacking in speed and strength for digging and pulling veggies, but she does have a great gift...her ability to hover. Peach can hover almost twice as long as any other character, making her great for those who have a hard time doing timed jumps.

Toad Toad has the greatest strength in the game. He can easily dig up veggies, and go through the earth. But he becomes trouble with his slower speed, and lacking jumping ability. You would be better off with another character.
